Convenient Location Near Gangnam Station

Located only about 3 minutes from Gangnam Station Exit 3, 1992 Deopbap & Jjageuli Gangnam Main Branch is easy to visit whether you’re grabbing a quick office lunch, eating alone after work, or looking for a casual Korean dinner spot in Seoul.
Despite being right in the middle of Gangnam, the atmosphere felt surprisingly relaxed and comfortable.
Clean Interior Perfect for Solo Dining
One thing I immediately noticed was how many people were dining alone comfortably.

The restaurant has a clean, casual setup that works perfectly for:

- solo diners
- office workers
- quick lunch meetings
- casual dinners with friends

There’s also outdoor terrace seating available, which creates a nice Korean “pocha-style” evening vibe on pleasant nights.

Ordering was simple too — you can either order directly from your phone at the table or use the kiosk system, which makes the whole experience quick and stress-free.
What We Ordered
Spicy Grilled Pork Deopbap

The signature spicy pork rice bowl arrived sizzling with a smoky aroma from the direct-fire grilling.

The pork was coated in a rich Korean red pepper sauce that balanced sweetness, spice, and deep savory flavor perfectly.

Combined with the smoky grilled taste, it became one of those meals that keeps making you reach for another bite.

If you enjoy Korean spicy pork dishes, this is an easy recommendation for a satisfying Gangnam lunch.
Mini Doenjang Jjageuli

To finish the meal, we had cold sikhye, a traditional Korean sweet rice drink, which gave the entire meal a refreshing ending.

The mini doenjang jjageuli stew was honestly a hidden gem.

The rich red broth was filled with beef brisket, tofu, and vegetables, creating a deep savory flavor that paired perfectly with rice.
The combination of spicy seasoning and fatty beef made the soup incredibly comforting without feeling too heavy.
Steamed Egg & Sikhye
The soft steamed egg balanced the spicy dishes perfectly with its warm and fluffy texture.
